Release 2.3.2 (10 july 2026)
Quinten van Vesalius

This release lets you generate complete letters from your own Word template, patients can now record their intake by voice, and online booking runs through a much clearer calendar.

Generate documents from your own Word template

Build a letter or document as a Word template with placeholders, and let Vesalius.ai fill those placeholders automatically with the patient and output data. Your complete letter is ready in a single click, in your own house style.

Voice-based intake — "calling" the bot (Beta)

Patients can now speak their intake instead of typing. After the consent step, they choose between the chat or the voice interface; they speak their answers and hear the bot's reply out loud. This feature is available as a beta.

New booking interface for the online calendar

Patients now choose their appointment in a clear calendar view instead of a list of opaque suggestions. Free time slots are visually marked and you navigate easily between days.

Other Improvements & Fixes

  • PICO now continues the conversation seamlessly when a questionnaire is triggered, without an intermediate choice screen.
  • A returning patient no longer has to re-enter their details; PICO starts from the known profile.
  • The privacy policy now appears in the same language (Dutch, French or English) as the rest of the interface.
  • Merge fields in an uploaded Word template are validated automatically, so unrecognized fields are flagged immediately.
  • A generated document no longer overwrites the previous version; the new file automatically gets a version number.
  • The Document templates page loads correctly again.
  • The record button stays available after a recording with no speech, so you can try again.
  • Booked appointments appear correctly in the calendar again.
