This release makes scheduling, billing, and communication smarter and smoother — from automated payment receipts to optimized conversation timing.

Automatic receipts for patients

Patients now automatically receive a payment receipt by email after payment and can also download it directly from their appointment details in the portal — ensuring full transparency and convenience.

Smart conversation scheduling

Conversation links are now sent automatically at the optimal time, based on when results are needed — keeping communication timely and efficient for both patients and clinicians.

Streamlined admin controls & billing updates

Admins can now configure patient identification based on privacy settings, open conversations in a new tab from interaction details, and enjoy clearer upgrade/downgrade flows. Plans auto-renew unless cancelled, and admins are notified if a top-up fails.

Other improvements & fixes:

  • “Copy summary” now supports Plain text, HTML, or Markdown (optimized for EPDs)

  • Appointment emails now include clinician names and consistent phrasing

  • Patient ID now visible in calendar overlays and interaction details

  • Letters and PDFs generated server-side with official letterhead

  • Fixed scrolling in cancel/block appointment dialog on small screens

  • New organization creation completes without errors

  • Dashboard widgets update instantly without page refresh

  • Typing in consultation notes no longer scrolls page to top

  • Anonymous PICO links now start in selected language

  • Settings label corrected from “Interacties” to “Conversaties”

  • Appointment confirmation emails use updated, consistent text

  • Accounts temporarily disabled after multiple failed logins (not permanently blocked)
