You can now import ready-made questionnaire templates from a built-in library, so you don’t have to start from scratch every time. Templates that were already imported are clearly marked to avoid duplicates.

Customise extra privacy text on the consent page
You can add extra clinic-specific privacy text (basic formatting) and optional/required checkboxes with links—so patients see and accept the right information before starting a chat.

Reliable fallback for patient messages
When a WhatsApp message can’t be delivered, the system now correctly switches to email—ensuring important messages still reach the patient without manual follow-up.
