Faster, clearer calendar workflow
You can now see exactly when an appointment was booked, quickly group and select the right exam type, and correct appointment statuses with a single click. Creating a conversation from an existing future appointment is also just one step in the appointment overlay, so follow-up flows stay in sync with your schedule.
Smart planning for deadlines
When enabled, new conversations start in the status “Planned”, and are sent exactly at the moment you configured. Vesalius always keeps at least 7 days before the deadline so reminders can work optimally, and you can choose a longer period by simply increasing the number of days. An automatic scheduler handles the timing, so you can prepare months in advance while messages only go out when they truly matter.
More reliable patient communication
A full fallback system is now in place, so patients always receive the information they need — even when one channel fails. From booking to conversation summaries, communication stays consistent and dependable at every step.
