Personalized workflows & notifications
Users can now set which module opens first after login (Dashboard, Interactions, or Appointments) and choose if and when to receive their Daily Digest email — including preferred delivery time.
New Screening & Documents modules
A new Screening module helps manage patient intake and triage more efficiently, while the Documents module replaces the old Letters section for easier, modern document management. Institutions can also upload custom letterhead backgrounds for a professional touch.
Better administration & automation
Administrators can now view and update user language settings directly from profiles, and newly registered institutions automatically receive their first PICO link — making onboarding faster and simpler.
