Flexible PICO links
Institutions can now generate PICO links without appointment dates—or even create anonymous intake links—making it easier to collect patient information anytime. Links can also target specific questionnaires like intake or follow-up.
Customizable consultation summaries
Institutions can now define custom output formats for consultation summaries, while clinicians can choose their preferred default format and regenerate summaries in any supported layout.
Smarter questionnaires & conversation types
Clinicians can now set conversation types (intake, follow-up, PROMS) and customize the greeting text for each questionnaire—ensuring patients get a more tailored and professional experience.
