Consultation notes are built live
Consultation and scribe notes are now built progressively during the consultation instead of only after the recording ends. This prevents interruptions during longer consults and ensures information is safely captured as you go.
Regenerated summaries keep full context
When a scribe or consultation summary is regenerated, all previously recorded information is now included. Earlier notes are no longer lost when multiple recordings are made within the same consultation.
Custom reminder emails per questionnaire
Reminder emails for conversations can now be customized per questionnaire. This allows administrative teams to tailor reminders to the context, while a safe fallback ensures reminders are still sent when no custom text is defined.
