This release adds patient feedback emails, customizable branding, and cleaner communication tools for a more personal and polished experience.

Patient feedback emails

After finishing a conversation, patients now receive a short feedback email with a 1–5 star rating and optional comments—helping institutions continuously improve their care.

Branded patient communications

Institutions can now add their own logo and brand colors to all emails and patient messages, creating a consistent, professional look across every interaction.

Easier appointment summaries

Appointment summaries are now collapsible, making it simple to expand or hide sections and focus on what matters most.

Other improvements & fixes:

  • Replaced “Reservations” with “Appointments” for consistent language

  • Updated “Token” to “Credit” in all translations

  • Refreshed appointment confirmation emails with improved design and patient notes

  • Calendar now auto-scrolls to the current hour

  • Demo requests start in the correct language

  • Enhanced branding and layout across registration, profiles, and navigation

  • Fixed WhatsApp session handling for patients

  • Made calendar search results clickable again

  • Removed unnecessary email re-verification after profile edits

  • Improved visibility of low-credit warnings

  • Separated and labeled internal vs. patient notes in appointments

  • Fixed minor formatting and tooltip issues throughout
