Clinicians can now configure general letter settings like location, logo, and footer to ensure consistent formatting across the entire institute.
Enhanced insights dashboard
The new Insights page combines reservations and conversations in one view, with filters for date ranges and clinicians. A new “Conversations” tab shows completion rates and status breakdowns at a glance.
Personalised preferences & plans
Users can now select their preferred time format (12h or 24h) directly in their profile. Organisations automatically switch to the Pay-as-you-Use plan when adding a payment card or purchasing credits — keeping billing seamless.
